monday.com is a work management tool. Once you connect it, the Product owner can read your boards next to your other trackers, find what is stuck, and write status updates from what is really there.

monday.com connects through monday.com's own hosted server.

## Setup (when it opens)

1. In monday.com, open your profile menu, then **Developers** and **My access tokens**, and copy your personal token.
2. Open [Integrations](https://stellarfirm.ai/app/integrations) in StellarFirm and pick monday.com.
3. Paste the token, switch on the live option, and press Connect.

## Permissions

- A personal token can read everything your own account can see. Use an account that sees only the boards the assistant needs.
- Nothing here waits for an Approve because nothing is changed from chat.
- Regenerate the token in monday.com whenever you want to cut access.
